1. Using the Services

2. Accounts

To use certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Keep your account credentials secure and notify us immediately of any breach.

3. Linking Roblox Accounts

When you link a Roblox account via OAuth you grant NodeRoblox permission to act on your behalf consistent with the scopes you approve. You may revoke access at any time from your Roblox Creator Dashboard or in your account settings.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Refunds, if any, are handled per the pricing page and our refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for unlawful activities or to violate others' rights. Abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behavior may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NodeRoblox and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NODEROBLOX WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NodeRoblox harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.

9. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States without regard to conflict of law principles.
