What counts as a request?
Every API call to setRank, exile, getRank, handleJoinRequest, or shout counts as one request. Failed requests also count.
When do my limits reset?
Monthly limits reset on the 1st of every month at midnight UTC, regardless of when you subscribed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. You keep access until the end of your current billing period, then drop to the Free tier.
What happens when I hit the limit?
Requests over the monthly limit return a 429 error. Upgrade your plan instantly from the dashboard to restore access immediately.
Can I use multiple bot accounts?
Each linked experience supports one bot account. Pro lets you have up to 5 links (and 5 bots). Enterprise supports unlimited links.
